Shipping Terms

We ship to all 50 states and shipping charges are calculated as you drop items into your shopping cart.  Charges are based on actual weight and the distance your package will travel to reach you.  If you live outside the U.S., including U.S. Territories and military addresses, please contact us before placing an order.  Our system is not set up to calculate shipping outside the U.S., so please contact us  at cincinnaticake@cinci.rr.com   before placing your order.  Orders outside the U.S. will be shipped via the U.S.P.S.

We strive to get all orders out within 3 days of order placement.  However, if an item(s) is out of stock and we expect it to arrive in 3 or 4 days, we will hold your order.  Please allow time for us to ship the order complete.  You will be notified by email of any backordered item(s) or delay of shipment.  Small/lightweight backordered items will be sent first class mail to help keep costs down.

All orders going to a P.O. address are shipped Priority Mail.  Please call (800) 304-4536 if you have special handling instructions.

When choosing expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) please be aware that UPS picks up and delivers on business days only.  Choosing one of these options will not get a package delivered on the weekend or a holiday. 

In-Store Pickups:  Your order will be processed and taken to our retail store within 48 hours.  You will be notified by email when the order is completed and available for pickup.
